Liiaiira Bandcamp asked me why I love this album... I love everything about this album. Are you happy now Bandcamp? This album is perfect in my book. I love the melodies, the beats, the bass, everything. Favorite track: Without Me.

Adam whilst 'Unlit' is an imitation of the melancholic masterclass 'Untrue' by Burial, there is something brilliant about its quiet, solemn evanescence.

the eerily dark sparse patterns and mysterious realms deliver surprising twists where every note is served with purpose. Favorite track: My Universe.

Andrew Leeson It is easy to compare this to the production of Burial but that would be to simplify this producers talent as it is hard to fault this album. In my opinion it even surpasses Burial's production with its stronger focus on melody and overall drive of the album, less sprawling moodiness and more danceable percussion and solid filling bass. Favorite track: Woo Bi.

the_accidental_poet This could very well be Volor Flex's 'Untrue', a very deep, dark, and twisted version, to say the least. I believe the student is near par with the master on this release. Favorite track: Woo Bi.

about

February 15 marks the release of Volor Flex's third album, "Unlit". The one hour, 12 tracks long effort showcases both his widely known Burial-tribute sound and darker, more intimate derivations of it that he previously hinted through his release on Apollo Records and that you will hear more of in his forthcoming output.
